Aimee Treto, BCBA Supervisor

Board Certified Behavior Analyst and BCBA Supervisor

Every Child Deserves Support

Aimee believes that she can make a connection with each child when she is flexible and can adjust her energy level to what best fits the needs of the client. It is in this dynamic process of identifying each client’s needs that she can support them with effective therapy.

Aimee is a Chicago-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst and BCBA Supervisor who has been providing individualized direct ABA therapy since 2016.

“I believe every child deserves support from someone who is genuinely interested in their needs. I am excited to get to know your child and how they navigate and understand their world, and then using new ways to cope. Every child has a different approach to learning, so let us come to understand what they need, and I can help.”

At times, Aimee can be heard relating to the clients in her session with child-like moments saying “I’m a silly goof” which is an approach that lets her connect with children of all ages. This is a big part of what makes her work at Aspire Consulting so rewarding.

Aimee earned her Masters of Special Education, Specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis certification from Arizona State University, and holds a Masters of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and her Bachelors of Science in Counseling Psychology from Johnson & Wales University.

Making a Difference

Aimee's decision to become a BCBA happened after a moment of success with a student, and the intervention we had been working on worked! She knew she had found her life’s work, in those little moments where she made a difference.

Aimee arrives daily at the office with her coffee in hand. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, finding new walking trails to explore or discovering a new makeup palette. She is often sharing stories of her extensive family, “you're bound to hear me talk about them.”
