In Depth, Comprehensive BCBA Supervision

We value communication and focus on your child’s individual progress. Our ongoing support and collaborative culture means that your child will receive focused attention when it comes to our BCBA services. Your BCBA supervisor supports you throughout the ABA therapy process and actively manages your child’s treatment plan. Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide supervision services when and where it is clinically needed.

Our experienced BCBA Supervisors evaluate the information provided by the diagnostic evaluation, our assessments and those provided by other professionals. We evaluate how your child is progressing in each developmental target area. We review the progress of each skill and behavior, review the treatment plan, and make adjustments that support your child’s continued progress.

A Personalized Treatment Plan as Unique as Your Child

We know that your child is unique. Lifestyles vary and each family dynamic is different. All of these factors are taken into consideration for a personal approach in your child’s treatment plan and therapy schedule. Our goal is to develop real-life, functional skills, focusing on your child's individual needs and personal progress. We use positive reinforcement and pay attention to what exactly makes your child tick and use what works for them to promote the strongest outcomes. We include parents, caregivers and community members who are involved in your child’s life. We do this from the initial assessment because we care about anyone who cares about your child and apply the most effective ABA therapy treatments that best meet your child’s needs.

Data-Driven Treatment for Your Child

We make sure to monitor each child’s progress with a series of tools. We chart, graph and analyze our work on an ongoing basis, and provide you with regular progress reports. Our Supervising BCBAs oversee the entire process.

You are our most important Partner

You play an integral role in our process and in your child’s progress. Our ABA therapy is applied in your child’s natural home environment. We work with you where you need it. Your BCBA parent partnership helps maintain consistency in the skills you and your child are learning. We provide you with the parent training you need to support your child. Personalized caregiver/parent training helps to build appropriate behaviors in your child.

In our caregiver/parent training, we help you build skills to support the generalization and maintenance of skills taught during direct sessions. Consistency is imperative to long-term success and it is our goal that the changes we make during our direct time with your child are carried over to your life outside and beyond therapy.

Your BCBA Is Focused On Ongoing Supervision

Your child’s care team plays a critical role in behavior support. We come together in collaboration to review each target area of the treatment plan with your child’s care team. Each member of the team will focus on their specialty as it relates to your child's development skills, and behaviors.

Monthly BCBA Supervision Reviews

Your supervising BCBA conducts monthly meetings with the registered behavior technicians or BCaBAs who work directly with your child. We review your child’s overall development, target areas, skills, and behavioral progress. We review the outcomes and make any adjustments so that we can ensure your child’s treatment plan evolves with their personal growth.
